Upon receiving recruitment permission, we publish an advertisement in local newspapers to invite applications from interested and qualified candidates. Applications are then scrutinized by a selection committee, and a shortlist of candidates is prepared for the final interview with the employer.
2. Pre-Screening
Shortlisted applicants undergo a pre-interview conducted by our HR Manager to ensure they meet the job requirements. Successful candidates are then prepared for the final interview.
3. Final Interview
Candidates who pass the pre-screening are presented to the employer's representative for the final selection.
4. Medical Test
Selected candidates are sent to a qualified clinic for medical and psychological tests to ensure they are fit for employment.
5. Documentation and Processing
Resumes of relevant candidates, along with our Hiring Manager’s remarks, are provided for approval. Upon receiving authenticated documents, selected candidates undergo a medical test.
6. Pre-Departure Orientation
Candidates are introduced to the company’s employment package, benefits, rules, regulations, and the host country’s culture, customs, and traditions. We cover the dos and don'ts and applicable laws.
7. Departure
We arrange air tickets for selected candidates and mobilize them for departure to ensure prompt service.
